how it works
Importing with Super Retro Bros couldn't be easier, follow the below steps and start growing your Japanese Video Game collection today!

Get in touch! Fill out the below form detailing what you're looking for

We will be in touch via email to give you a price for your desired items (remember, we do not pass on import fees or postage fees)

If you are happy with the price quoted our Japanese supplier will then acquire your item(s) and test to ensure function

Once acquired we will issue an invoice for 50% deposit on the item(s) payable

Our supplier will then begin the shipping process (usually 7-15 working days from deposit paid depending on customs)

Once your item(s) have arrived and are in hand we will inspect and test for a second time to ensure function before invoicing the remaining 50% of your item(s)

After payment we will then dispatch your order as normal, expected delivery within 48hrs in the UK or 7-14 outside of UK
